Shipping Information
Where We Ship From
All orders ship from our headquarters in Burlington, Ontario — the home of Body Mechanic.
Processing Time
Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. We move quickly, but always take the time to check each item before it leaves our hands.
Estimated Delivery Times
Within Canada: 3–7 business days, depending on your region.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges
We get it — sometimes the fit just isn’t quite right. No problem.
Exchanges:
Online orders are eligible for size exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
Returns:
To request a return for a full refund, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 15 additional days to ship it back.
Please note:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Items returned after the 15-day window will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Free shipping for exchanges or returns is available once per order. Additional exchanges or returns will be subject to shipping costs paid by the customer.
Return Shipping in Canada
For orders over $150, Body Mechanic covers the shipping cost for your first exchange or return.
Once you complete our Exchange or Refund Form, we’ll email you a prepaid return label to attach to your original parcel.

We created Body Mechanic because we work alongside the body mechanic community — physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths — who wanted apparel that performs as hard as they do.
