At Body Mechanic by Cardon Rehab, we know what you're buying isn’t just clothing, it’s workwear built to keep up with you on the treatment table, in the clinic, or on the move. That’s why we keep things simple, fast, and stress-free when it comes to getting your order to you.

Shipping Information

Where we ship from: All orders ship out of Burlington, Ontario, the hub of Body Mechanic HQ.

Processing time: Orders are packed up and out the door within 2-3 business days. We’re quick, but we also check every item with care before it leaves.

Expected Delivery times:

Canada: 3-7 business days depending on your region.

U.S.: 5-10 business days.

International: Times vary, but we’ll keep you posted with tracking.

Tracking: You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships and you can be informed along the way.

Rates: Calculated at checkout. 

Returns & Exchanges

We get it, sometimes a size isn’t quite right or the fit just doesn’t work. No stress.

Returns window: You’ve got 30 days from the delivery date to send items back.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, let us know. 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or we made a mistake.
